Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the STRIDEFORGE platform, including the marketing website, athlete app, coach console, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by STRIDEFORGE LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("STRIDEFORGE," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Athletes under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian accept these Terms on their behalf and authorize their participation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Health & Safety Disclaimer

STRIDEFORGE provides training plans, nutrition guidance, and coaching content for informational and educational purposes. We are not medical providers. Always consult a qualified physician before starting any training or nutrition program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury. You assume all risk associated with physical training. STRIDEFORGE is not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome arising from your use of the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Coaching memberships are billed monthly through Stripe at the published price for your selected tier (Get Moving $29, Compete $149, Chasing Standards $349) or at a custom price agreed in writing with your coach. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice; existing subscribers will continue at their current price through their next renewal.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) resell or redistribute training plans, workouts, or coaching content; (b) reverse engineer the Service; (c) upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content; (d) impersonate another person; or (e) interfere with the security or operation of the Service. Coaching content, plans, and workouts are licensed for your personal use only.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, training methodology, and software comprising the Service are owned by STRIDEFORGE LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial training purposes during your active subscription. Athlete-generated content (check-ins, notes, PRs) remains yours; you grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the Service.

7. Termination

You may cancel anytime through the in-app billing portal. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or abusive conduct. Upon termination, your access ends but data retention follows our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRIDEFORGE'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
