Refund Policy

We want you committed to the work. This policy explains exactly when a refund is — and isn't — available.

1. Digital Products

Standalone digital products (training guides, downloadable plans, single-purchase programs, race-day protocols) are final sale. Once delivered or downloaded, they are non-refundable.

2. Coaching Memberships

Get Moving ($29/mo), Compete ($149/mo), Chasing Standards ($349/mo), and custom-priced memberships may be canceled at any time through the in-app billing portal.

Monthly memberships — if you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access through the end of the current paid period. On request within 7 days of a renewal charge, we will refund the unused portion of that period, prorated by the number of full days remaining.

Fixed-term contracts (custom multi-month coaching agreements) — if you cancel before the contract end date, we will refund the unused portion of the contract, prorated by the number of full days remaining. Setup fees and any third-party costs already incurred (race entries, lab work, gear) are non-refundable.

3. Forge Challenges & Events

Challenge entries are refundable up to 7 days before the cohort start date. After the cohort opens, entries are non-refundable but may be deferred once to the next running of the same challenge at no additional cost.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours by email. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email Joseph.Walker@strideforge.org from the address on your account with your full name and the reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
