Copyright Policy

STRIDEFORGE LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the STRIDEFORGE platform to do the same. This Copyright Policy explains how we protect our own content and how to report unauthorized use of copyrighted material.

1. Ownership of STRIDEFORGE Content

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the STRIDEFORGE platform — including but not limited to the STRIDEFORGE name, logo, wordmark, training methodology, workout plans, coaching content, videos, graphics, software, text, and design — are owned by STRIDEFORGE LLC or licensed to us. This content is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. Limited License

During an active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use STRIDEFORGE coaching content for your personal training purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, sell, resell, or exploit any STRIDEFORGE content without our prior written permission.

3. Trademarks

STRIDEFORGE, the STRIDEFORGE logo, the FORGE Score, and related names, logos, and slogans are trademarks of STRIDEFORGE LLC. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent, except as necessary to identify the Service in a non-commercial, informational context.

4. User-Generated Content

Athletes retain ownership of content they create and upload, such as check-in notes, comments, and performance data. By uploading content, you grant STRIDEFORGE LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content solely to operate, support, and improve the Service for you and your coach.

5. Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe that material on the STRIDEFORGE platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated copyright agent with the following information:

(a) your physical or electronic signature;
(b) identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
(c) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the Service;
(d) your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email;
(e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
(f) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

6. Counter-Notices

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice containing your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake. We will follow applicable law in responding to counter-notices.

7. Repeat Infringers

STRIDEFORGE LLC reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
