The origin

A forge for transformation.

At STRIDEFORGE, our mission is to provide athletes with the coaching, education, accountability, and community they need to unlock their full potential. Through custom training, proven development principles, and a supportive environment, we help athletes build the habits and mindset required for long-term success.

The name, STRIDEFORGE, reflects our philosophy. A forge is where something ordinary is transformed into something stronger through effort, pressure, and purpose. We believe every athlete is capable of that transformation. Every workout is an opportunity to improve. Every challenge is an opportunity to grow. Every stride is another step toward becoming the person you are capable of being.

At STRIDEFORGE, we're not just building faster runners. We're helping athletes forge confidence, forge discipline, forge resilience, and ultimately forge their own path toward greatness.

How we coach

Four principles. No exceptions.

The plan starts with the goal.
We work backwards from your race or your goal time. Every workout has a reason that traces directly to the outcome you want. No template plans. No 'this should work.' Yours, custom, every time.
Adapt or get hurt.
Phoenix doesn't care about your plan. We rewrite the week when the heat hits, when life happens, when you're flat. Stubbornness is how athletes break. Adaptation is how they PR.
Strength is the floor, not the ceiling.
Posterior chain, plyos, drills. We lift to stay healthy, not to add fatigue. Mileage builds the engine; strength keeps the chassis on the road.
The athlete is in charge.
We give you the plan, the paces, the protocol — and the right to ask why. If you don't believe in it, it doesn't work. Honest communication beats blind compliance every time.

What STRIDEFORGE isn't

It's not an app you download once and ignore.
If you want a passive product, this isn't it. We coach humans. We expect to hear from you.
It's not the cheapest option you'll find.
There are $9/mo apps and $0 YouTube channels. They're not built for AZ runners and they don't know your name.
It's not a guarantee.
We don't promise PRs. We promise that the plan, the paces, and the coach showing up — every week — give you the highest possible likelihood. The rest is yours.
It's not for runners who don't want to be coached.
If you'd rather argue with the plan than run it, we'll save us both time.
